At Slurrp Farm, we strive to ensure your little ones enjoy the healthiest meals; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.

Return Process

    Report the Issue

    Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery by emailing your order ID and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

    Quality Inspection

    Our quality assurance team will review your request and the provided images to verify the concern against our batch manufacturing standards.

  • 3.
    Approval & Pickup

    Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the items in their original packaging, or provide instructions for disposal if a return is not required.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Upon verification, we will either ship a fresh replacement to you immediately or initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
